= x/(xy+x+2) + xy/(xyz+xy+x) + 2xyz/(x^2yz+2xyz+2xy)
= x/(xy+x+2) + xy/(2+xy+x) + 2*2/(2x+2*2+2xy)
= x/(xy+x+2) + xy/(xy+x+2) + 2*2/2[(xy+x+2)]
= (xy+x+2)/(xy+x+2) = 1.

Therefore, A is the answer.
