OA B
Statement 1: a is a positive integer.
No information about b.
Statement 1 is NOT SUFFICIENT
Statement 2: 2a - 2b = 2
Divide both sides by 2 to get; a - b = 1
In other words, a is 1 GREATER THAN b
Since a and b are both integers, we can be certain that a and b are CONSECUTIVE
Since we can answer the target question with certainty, statement 2 is SUFFICIENT
Answer: B
