I am employed in my current role as an engineer at an automobile company for little more than a year now. I joined fresh out of college in 2015. I have a GMAT score of 750 and a 3.5 GPA. No extra curriculars worth mentioning. I want to pursue a career in operations. Are there any options for me out there with my current profile?

Well your profile is quite good. what are you looking at? a Masters in Operations? A Masters in Management? You don't yet have enough experience for an MBA.

Best,
Jon

Hi Jon,

Thank you for replying. Yes, I haven't the experience for a full MBA. However, I have been offered a deferred admission to the Indian School of Business PGP subject to two years of full time work experience. I am looking for a program that gives me significant foreign exposure. Both the options you have listed are desirable.
I would be grateful if you would provide me an objective analysis of the pros and cons and my chances at getting into both these streams. Also, I hesitantly trouble you further to provide me with a few university options for both.

Thanks,
Arjunraj

Well PGP is a good idea if you plan on staying in India. the question is: do you want to study abroad?
