Ok, so I was reading Spidey's SC notes and ended up at page 10-11 with the example of the camel's domestication. Spidey mentioned some rules in there with the verb "to be".

It came to my attention, this common American term:

"The mind is a terrible thing to waste" is probably wrong. So after looking at Spidey's notes, "the mind" is the subject and it's being equated as "a terrible thing".

Is that correct? And then the infinitive "to waste" refers to "a terrible thing" right?

Yay or nay? Haha.....food for thought because I see this slogan EVERYWHERE at shopping malls, in books, in advertisements.....weird
