What is the difference between
No one is both wise and intelligent.
No one is either wise or intelligent.
Difference ?

In the first sentence, you're saying that no one is wise and intelligent at the same time. But, someone might be wise but not intelligent, or vice versa.
In the second sentence, you're saying that no one is wise and no one is intelligent. In other words, no one has either quality.
Does that clear it up?
