In addition to containing more sentences than page six does, the sentences on page seven are more understandable than those on page six, with better words and grammar.

It should be B. E compares "sentences" with "Page Six".

The OA is E. I thought B as well. I find some of the Kaplan questions to be...confusing.

I am surprised the OA is E. I would stick with B because that makes sense in terms of comparison.
