I started my GMAT Preparation 3 weeks back. From the begining I knew Verbal Section will be a big challenge (as english is not my native language therefore less confidence and less skills). I am putting a lot of effort in the verbal section but still i am not able to increase my verbal score and this part is really very very frustrating. My target GMAT score is 700+ but i am not able to get it solely because of the verbal section.

Following are Test Scores (in chronological order)
Diagnostic Test OG: (PS: Above Avg(17); DS: Above Avg(18) ; SC: Above Avg(13); RC: Avg(9); CR: Avg(8))
GMAT Prep Test 1: 550 (Q - 44 and V - 21)
Diagnostic Test Kaplan: 600 (Q - 45 and V - 28)
Kaplan Test 1: 540 (Q - 37 and V - 23)
Power Prep Test 1: 560 (Q - 47 and V -21)

Details of PowerPrep Verbal Sections (Last Test):
SC --> 5 out of 16 wrong
CR --> 7 out of 11 wrong
RC --> 8 out of 14 wrong - 4 Passage (2-Medium with 3 Que Each and 2-Long with 4 Que Each)

Just 3-4 days Before PowerPrep Test 1 found these docs
Spidey Sentence Correction Notes
Rajat_nda SC notes
Sahil's Grammar Notes
GMAT Flashcards --> Eric's
Manhattan SC

Also these r the books i hav:
OG 11
OG -Verbal Rev
Princeton Rev
Kaplan -2008
Kaplan 800

(I have gone through OG 11, Princeton and Kaplan 2008)

Week Sections: RC(Big Time) then CR then SC.

PS and DS - Not a problem (i can improve)

I have a lot of ground to cover in Verbal and that too within one month. I feel if i can get atleast 38 in Verbal i will cross the 700 mark.

Can anyone pls suggest what i should do to improve verbal section (especially in RC and CR).

It seems you have comprehension + timing problem in RC.

I would suggest start solving RC's on daily basis.

In the First attempt try to stick to the timing then immediately after that read without the timing restictions and answer the ques.

hope this helps.

BTW
yes i do agree that many non- native's are not as comfortable in verbal section as they are in Quant (i too hav probs in verbal) but there are many non-native's who hav worked on thr weakness and scored above 700.
