Well this is a classic case where Inspite in being used.
I am sure narrowing the options to B and E is not big deal.
now B starts with "Inspite"
using common sense..
Inspite is mostly used to compare to similar actions..Inspite would be correct if
Inspite being crippled in war he continued fighting in war
but
Inspite being crippled in war, he worked with his right hand and Left hand obviously dont fit.
its not really because of "Being" it is because of Inspite I believe.
