how do I go about the recommendations ?

Hi,

I found that most schools require two recommendations to be submitted on-line.Most schools suggest that one of these recommendations comes from a direct supervisor. ( Your recommender should provide specific observations and examples of your leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and general likeability.) In my case I have been managing my own organization and the only one who does probably supervise me is my father , so how do I go about the recommendations ?

In that case, I would use your father as one (since he is supervising you) and a business partner who you have worked with and can speak to your strengths and business acumen. Hopefully you can find someone who is an MBA graduate.
