How detailed do we need to be? CAn we write in phrases or should we write in full sentences?

I would err on the side of full sentences

Rather than seeing those application forms as "pesky" see them as a "goldmine of opportunity". you have spent hours and hours studying for your GMAT and hours and hours and hours on your application, would it not make sense to spend a few more on those application forms and write as much detail as you can and they allow?

Thanks for your response. Definitely rounding out my language in the application boxes.

In the HBS and Stanford apps, there is a limitation of naming the most recent 3 employers. I have more than 3. Is it advisable to put the rest in the "Additional Info" section?

Thank you again

Not unless you have a very good reason. Meaning they limit it to the last three cause that's what they want. If number four was "Working for the White House" yeah, I would say put that in. But if it's just another job... eh.
