Every blog post I read about GMAT says that the test begins with AWA followed by IR, Quant, Verbal. But MBA.com says the order of the sections can be changed by the test taker. Why is no one talking about this? Is this feature still available?

Hi teckchandani.yash,
GMAC introduced the 'choose your order' option back in July of 2017, so you might be reading old Blogs (that haven't been updated to acknowledge this change in the GMAT). It's a fairly well-known aspect of the GMAT now - many of the practice CAT Exams that you can use have even been changed to allow users to select from among the 3 order options.
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) What is your goal score?
4) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
