future perfect question

I will have been living in this house for 5 years by the time you are back.

Is this correct, if not please let me know how to frame this sentence. I would appreciate if someone can also share rules for future perfect.

FUTURE PERFECT: "will have" and "going to have done".

Future Perfect

The Formal - Definition / Usage Is - "An Action Which Will Be Completed By A Certain Time In Future"
Structure / Formula of Simple:

Sub + Will Have / Shall Have + V3rd + Object

Examples Sentences
She Will have finished her Studies before the age of 21

the question you are asking for future perfect but you are saying is ----> I will have been living
