Usage of "Aware of" and "Aware that"

Can anyone explain the usage of "Aware of" and "Aware that" with some examples? - Thanks

We can be aware of "something (a noun)" or aware that "something has happened or is true (a clause - which includes a verb)."

So, I'm aware of "the GMAT" (noun) and I'm also aware that "the GMAT is hard" (clause).
