Bangladesh, Male, 24 years old.
GMAT: GMAT 730 (Q47, V44),
Undergraduate: Top Bangladeshi University, Major: Marketing, CGPA 3.26 (US Standard) and quant courses GPA are not good.
Work Experience: 3 Years (full-time) in infrastructure development (local firm, while at university)
Recommendation: Could manage strong professors and upper management
Extracurricular: Highly involved and had presidential roles
I will be applying one year after out of college.
Target School: GSB, Tuck, Johnson and Kenan-Flagger.


What are my chances please?

Interesting profile, but a shame about the GPA. Was there any particular reason for this? Something you could address in an essay perhaps? If so, that would probably be a good idea.

As for your work experience: any promotions? Any leadership roles? If so, that would really strengthen your profile as well.

Stanford might still be a bit of a stretch for you, but with a great application and maybe some positive news about the things I mentioned above the 3 others may be realistic.
