is low gpa a deal breaker..?

I am Turkish woman applying to top 10 MBA programs (Kellogg, UChicago, Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD). What are my chances?
Work exp: 6 yrs (4 yrs management consulting)
GMAT: 740
GPA: 2.57
Graduated from one of the top 3 universities

It can be, but it can also not be. It really depends on a lot of other factors as well and you did not address everything I would need to know in order to give you a fair assessment. But I will say that I see enough positive things in your profile that I think your case might not be hopeless with a really good application. You are not from a common applicant pool, for one thing and your GMAT score is good, you have enough interesting and relevant work experience and so on. I would need to know several other things about you (if you held any leadership/management positions, if and when you were promoted, extra curricular activities etc.) in order to know for sure, however.
