The truth is that I am not sure that I had ever seen the expression "agreement of" used for anything until just now when I looked it up.Mechmeera wrote:can u explain the differences between agreement "to" vs. "of".

In any case, "agree to" is used to express that someone has agreed to something. One person or multiple people can agree to do something or agree to certain terms.
Jim agreed to repair the chair that his dog had chewed.
Andrew and the housing authority agreed to the terms of the new contract.
"Agree with" expresses that multiple people or viewpoints are in alignment with each other.
Tom agrees with John's view that nobody should have to lock his doors to be safe.
So it's not that Tom agreed to John's view. He agrees with John's view. Tom's view agrees with John's view. Their views are in alignment or are the same.
Tom could agree to lock his doors even though he does not feel he should have to.
As far as "agreement of" goes, that expression is rarely used. "Of" expresses possession or connects something with a date.
The agreement of the board was signed by everyone. Here agreement is similar to contract, and this agreement is connected to or possessed by the board.
The agreement of July 18, 2015 still stands. Here the agreement is tied to a particular date.
