'Unknown Error' while scheduling the exam

I am getting an 'Unknown Error' after entering my Personal Information while I try to schedule my exam on mba.com website. Could you tell me how to rectify this error?

The error text is as follows:

Error: General/Unknown Error.
Unfortunately, an error occurred while processing your request. Please try again, or contact customer service to resolve the error. Thank you for your patience.
