Thanks for sharing your profile. I think you're in a tough situation here as I generally prefer candidates to follow outlined requirements. Now you can reach out directly to the school and get their stance on whether you are eligible or as an alternative commit the extra year that you need to become eligible. This may be a way to improve your GPA and/or take relevant b-school coursework that will set-up your application. The extra year may also afford you some additional time to improve your GMAT as well because this currently is an area of weakness for you.

But again to answer your question more specifically this is most likely a school by school questions which I would ask directly.
