Profile evaluation for Indian female

Hi,

Can anyone please evaluate my profile.
Thanks in advance :-D

I have attempted the GMAT thrice:
First attempt:590 Q40, V32, IR 5, AWA 4.5 (Dec 31st/2013)
Second attempt: 590 Q44, V28, IR 3, AWA 5(May 14th/2014)
First attempt: 660 Q48, V32, IR 2 :( , AWA 6(July 23rd/2014)

Indian Female
Age:24 years
Graduation: BE in IT with a GPA of 4
Work Experience: 2.5 years till date in SAP implementation
Remarkable extracurricular activities:
I work as a long term volunteer at a NGO for animals.
I am also a part of organising various CSR events.
Currently a part of a committee to help out new joiners and counsel them to make transition from campus to corporate.
As a part of this committee, i organize various events for freshers.
Apart from my work, i am actively involved in organizing fun activities such as bay games, birthday bashes and i work for the communications committee in office helping them design and publish various newsletters, mailer templates, presentations.

Please suggest some safe colleges for my profile.
I will not be able to attempt the GMAT again and need to apply with this score ASAP.
Also i have been under immense pressure from my family and have tried my best to make ends meet and get this score.
So pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help me out:)

a 660 is a good score and as a female, you will have an extra advantage, so it's like a male applicant scoring a 690. Still, the Indian applicant pool is competitive, so I would suggest you look at UNC Keenan Flagler, Tepper, UT Austin as well as schools in Europe, which don't really care about GMAT as much so long as you get above a 650. Let us know if you need help applying.
