Of course, you can do an MBA after a BA in English and Geography. I would recommend you an MBA in Human Resource or Sales and Marketing.

I have many friends who have completed an MBA after BA from LPU. To get admission at LPU, you should have passed with a minimum of 55% marks in the bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent.
