It works both ways- a professional worker may need MBA and MBA may need previous work experience.
A professional might want to get jobs at better positions, improve his or her profile or do an Executive MBA etc to simply gain more knowledge.
To get new jobs and to do an MBA you might need previous work experience as well. In some countries it is more prominent than others. For example jobs in Paris and admission into top French schools generally need previous work experience in a relevant field.

As per the survey taken by courseworkonline.co.uk Magazine; Employers basic requirements starts with an MBA degree because of its market value and the value is really high.

I believe that in the modern world this can be very important if you develop in a certain direction and build up your strength, if you are talented and constantly find yourself in various fields, while doing this successfully, then it’s better not to waste time.. :idea: :wink:
