1) Please talk more about your leadership stints, professional achievements any other positives from work, it will help me understand your profile well.

2) Are there any specific geographies you are looking at: Asia, US, Europe? If so then I can specifically suggest schools.

(2) I am looking at Singapore/Canada/Australia/US Geographies in that order.

(1) In terms of leadership: I am a team lead for my project(client:Yahoo). This is basically a junior manager kind of role which requires resource management, defects triaging and change reviews. In my previous company I performed the dual role of a Business Analyst and Developer for a project on ATM's . This project required coordination across teams and across multiple geographies. My role was to coordinate between the teams, gather the requirements and certify them for development team.I have shifted from QA to development in my first company as I found Dev role to be very interesting.

Sure, always happy to help. Research these two schools well before you apply and do focus on team and leadership skills in your essays as B-schools tend to give a lot of advantage to these attributes.

If you wish, please go through this quick Ivyctor blog for technology sector applicants, may give you some writing capital for the essays:
