This is an impossible question to answer without additional context.

Generally speaking, business schools want well-rounded students who will contribute to the overall intellectual life and diversity of interests on campus. If you can't demonstrate that you have any significant interests outside of undergrad schoolwork + work, you're probably not going to get into a top school.

Business schools know which jobs demand 80+ hr weeks, and they have reasonable expectations. Don't think that you need sit on the boards of 10 different charity organizations. But find some way to show that you do more than go to work and go home and watch tv. Some ideas:
- take an online enrichment class with Coursera or HBX
- start a book club at work
- write an article on a topic of interest and get it published (doesn't have to be a major publication)
- for your next vacation, consider a volunteerism vacation
- help a friend with a new startup for a few hours a week
etc.
