Error Tracking Tool for 13th Edition

I recently bought the Official GMAT guide, but its the 13th edition. By any chance do you have an error tracking tool for it?

Sorry I am unable to find the tracking tool for OG 13. I can only find the Improvement chart for OG 13 here https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-error-log
Could someone please give me a link to the OG 13 tracking tool if it has been uploaded? Thank you!!

OG13 error log has issues with answers in SC section. Question 97, 98. Can you Please fix and upload the corrected version.

I'm not sure what the issue is for those questions.
The correct SC answers are 97-B and 98-D, and those are the answers on the Error Log (Improvement Chart). Can you describe the issue you're experiencing?
