Hi,
I am trying to post a course review for Target Test Prep, but after I hit submit I receive an HTTP 500 error:
"[beatthegmat URL] is currently unable to handle this request. (HTTP Error 500)"
Is this functionality broken at the moment? I have tried:
- Posting on both Chrome and Firefox
- Submitting my score screenshot in PDF and PNG formats
- Shortening my review, in case there is a character or length limit
I'd appreciate some guidance on this matter. Thank you!

Hello,
That error code is a general response message that means that there isn't a specific standard issue that's causing the error. You might be able to fix it by clearing your cache and cookies and/or reloading the webpage or by logging in on a different network.

I tried again on a different device, different network, and different browser. Also tried removing all line breaks from the review, removing the "Who did you work with?" response, and shortening the title further. I also verified my name, email, and purchase date. Still receiving the same error.
I promised the good people at TTP I would write them a review here, so please let me know how I can work around this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
We've received several course reviews for that company this month already, including one just a couple of days ago, so the online submission tool does appear to be working. Can you PM me your name and email address that you are attempting to use when you write the review and I'll see if there is any additional information that I can find?

Sometimes, cached data in your browser can cause issues. Try clearing your browser cache and attempting to submit the review again
