MBA programs that specialize in entrepreneurship -- Babson is the name that comes most to mind -- help you develop a whole spectrum of relevant skills, while connecting you to seasoned entrepeneurs and incubators that can help you put your skills to work in real-time. I mention Babson rather than the more obvious top MBA programs such as HBS, MIT and Stanford, because those elite programs will help you do pretty much anything. But if you specifically want to pursue entrepreneurship, especially if you have one idea you want to develop, you don't necessarilly have to get into the whole M7 scramble. Although Babson is a US school, its incoming class is ~70% international. so it might be the environment you're looking for.

Programs outside of the US are harder to quantify, but certain schools have a targeted specialization: look at ESADE's "Creapolis" or Cass's MSc in Entrepreneurship. There's a lot out there, so you want to go step by step, identifying precisely what YOU hope to gain from the whole MBA experience and then finding which schools highlight those offerings.

Good luck!
