Say the five consecutive integers are x, (x +2), (x +4), (x +6), and (x +8).

So, the sum of the five integers = x +(x +2) + (x +4) + (x +6) + (x +8) = 5x + 20

=> 5x + 20 = 20 => x = 0.

So, the five consecutive integers are 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8.

Median = 4 and smallest integer = 0; so their product = 0*4 = 0.

Correct answer: E
