From the question, we know that the resulting mixture contains
30% Ryegrass. So,
.4X + .25Y = .3 (X+Y)
.1x = .05Y
Y = 2X
We are asked to find X / (X+Y) = X / 3X = 1/3
This is 33 1/3%
