Yes i think D should be the answer. The correct idiom is Consider X Y.

according to GMAT, "consider as" and "consider to be" are always wrong. So only D is correct

what i am bummed abt choice D is:

(?)... shouldn't there a "AS"...

because D reads....do not consider royal family spiritual readers... I think there is a TYPO in the question.....
