The Application Process

I am now filling in my app form for GSB, but for the "award" section, I realized that the space only limits to 30 characters, i.e. I can't even list out properly the exact award name, as it's longer than that, I tried abbreviations, but it still doesn't work...the award name itself is just too long.....

Do you guys encounter the same difficulty? Surely it's okay to include those in resume, but I ain't sure how to handle this part which will appear in the app form anyway!

Please advise guys!!! Should I email GSB to ask?

Seems like it wouldn't hurt asking, but actually what choice do you have? list only the awards you can within that limit, and find another place for the rest (CV, optional essay).
