Does line k intersect quadrant II?

A. only gives your slope of the line. But you need co-rodinateds to decide if it pass through any quadrant.
B. not information about any other co-ordinate.
Together, using slope and Y-intercept we can find out the co-ordinate by subtituting x=0 and themn y=0. Sufficient.
