Anyone to discuss about the way this type of question is constructed by the gmat? Is it always in the same way of thinking?

You can understand the question in two ways:
Either you understand 4 only study both cooking and yoga or you understand 4 people are in cooking and yoga which let them the possibility to also participate in weaving.

This sentence is irrelevant: "4 of them study both the cooking and yoga" and the question as well...

This isn't official GMAT because the wording is terrible. If the sentence was correct, the author would employ parallel construction and reduce the pronoun ambiguity. I wouldn't sweat it if I were you...
