I mentioned this in a previous post, but if you have problems identifying a suitable tutor, you should also consider working with an online tutor. Many companies offer this resource, and they will work around your schedule.

Hi All, Yesterday again I gave GMAT test 2 at the same time when my exam is scheduled (1:00 PM) and got just 630 total which was though better than last 590 but still below 680 and 670 which I got in Veritas. Probably the reason of 590 was that I gave the exam empty stomach and didn't eat anything....

Hi fermar84 In terms of RC, remember to actively read passages (as opposed to passively read passages, which we're used to doing). You're on the correct path by reading a lot more. Now, while you read, change your aproach by asking yourself the following questions: What is the main idea of this pass...

Hi crezme, I agree with Rich, if you haven't taken a CAT test, you should start by doing this. It'll help you understand where you are and where your weaknesses are. If you find that you need more support, consider meeting with a GMAT tutor either in person or online. It could be helpful in terms of...

Hi Nishant When studying, try grouping five Quant questions together and spend no more more than ten minutes on them. You can use this strategy on both practice questions and simulation exams. If you fall behind schedule, make a strategic guess or two to catch up. Make strategic guesses on questions...

Hi Dayln, It looks like you found a strategy that works for you, as you've been showing consistent improvement. I see that you are taking one last practice exam a week before the test. Agree with Rich.C. Don't take any more tests...it'll just cause more stress! I would also recommend that you start creating your "test bubble." By "test bubble," I mean a sphere of peace and quiet in which you’ll remain until the end of the test. Give friends and family advance...

Hi there, As BestGMATEliza noted, it's hard to say what the best strategy would look like. Every person has his/her own needs, and each person performs differently on the tests. I would suggest taking a few simulation tests if you haven't already done so already. Do you see any common pitfalls? If s...
