You can buy the Manhattan Official Guide Companion Plus (online version). Check it out on Manhattan website.
I used it and I thing the explanation for the quant section is more detail than the original OG. But, it doesnt cover the verbal part.

I also picked C. I dont understand why the OA is B.
The conclusion is "brain scan CAN be used to determine who is likely to develop parkinson disease". So, I think B is out of scope.
