Help needed for GPA evaluation
As I had pointed out earlier in my profile, I was expecting a GPA of 3.5-3.6. However, the absolute yardstick used by the GPA system is a huge blow. I did my graduation from a small university in North India, which is known for being stingy in awarding marks. I secured a 60% and was amongst the top ...

Seems Satan has taken you under his wing...It worked wonders for you ;)...I have realised one thing...It's better to channelise your energy into the application process, rather than obssess with minor details such as +/- 10 on the GMAT....740 is an amazing score and when woven into a cohesive story,...

I will vote for the process of elimination Choice B - wrong - 132000-10800 = 121200. Thus average of other 10 districts would be 12,120 which is more than 10% of 10800 Choice A - wrong (it's lesser than choice B) Choice C - wrong - 132000-10900 = 121100. Thus average of other districts would be 1211...

24-year old female Indian Passport Holder settled in the UAE for the past 1.5 yrs Undergraduate GPA - still in the process of getting it done from an accredited agency. 710 - and still a tad bit disappointed!!!!!
After 2 months of posting relentlessly on this website, and pestering Stacey and Jay for explanations, I finally gave my GMAT today. I raked up a 710. Frankly, when I started off, I used to be starry eyed about breaking into the elite 700+ club. However, even after a 710 I am not too satisfied. :D A...
