the actual formula is n!-1!

so 5 people would be 5!-1! = 4! = 24

I know that 5!/5 worked, but the above is the proper formula...

Kmart,

I am sure there is a table that allow you to convert, but since it was paper, it is not accurate. I would suggest taking a GMATPrep CA or any other cat (MGMAT, Kaplan) to get a baseline score. Paper tests are not reliable.

hello...

dont assume 100...get a multiple of 3 and 4...since 100 will leave you with $66,666 and can throw your calc's off...

i choose 120...

so in 1992 = $90,000 and in 1996 = $80,000

therefore...$10,000/90,000 = 11.11%

i picked r = 3 and s = 2

so the whole thing is 25 pie....then centre is 9pie..and the diff. is 16pie

when i plug in the numbers i get....

2pie(8) = 16pie

i can see you got the answer D..which means you ended up with K has 150 and A has 90 = 60....BUTTTTTTTTT

you forgot to take 10 away from K and give A 10, which would then be K has 140 and A has 100 and a difference of 40...

and hence the answer is C

its says GREATER.... I did the calc like you first and got D...but now I see the correct answer is E... i selected 100 for N for the year 92... so a 400% increase would be 100 X 4 = 400..so 100 + 400 = 500 now for the 300% increase 500 X 3 = 1500... so 1500 + 500 = 2000 no plug 10 as N into the answ...
