Hello.. I was curious if anyone has tried comparing strategies that are for/against note taking for CR and RC sections. What worked for you and what didn't and why? Though the note making strategy makes sense in general, I constantly find myself thinking that I may use up more time in taking notes ...

Now, though I got the corect answer, I wanted to check if my approach is correct
1. 1-x^2>=0
2. -x^2>=-1
3. x^2<=1
4. Taking square root both sides, x<= (+-1)
5. x<= (+-1) can be written as [spoiler]-1<=x<=1[/spoiler], hence option E

Absolute Values
What is the value of y?
1. 3|x^2 -4| = y - 2
2. |3 - y| = 11
Answer - Option C
While I was able to work with option 2, I found option 1 difficult to make sense of. Please help!

Ahh, now that you've explained the approach, the answer makes sense. I had somehow missed recognizing the key element in the question and tried listing out multiples from 50 till 600 which was obviously incorrect
