First Approach: Train A starts every 60/4 = 15 mins Train B starts every 60/6 = 10 mins Train C starts every 60/8 = 7.5 mins Train D starts every 60/12 = 5 mins LCM of above times = 30 Therefore after every 30 mins, all 4 trains start together. Hence D Second approch: Train A starts every 60/4 = 15 ...

Lets say # Americans= 100
# Americans who used a SB = 52
# Americans who DONT used a SB = 48
Prob that 4 are selected out of 52 = 52C4
Total Prob to select 4 Americans out of 100 = 100C4
therefore rquired prob = 52c4 / 100C4

ST1: X^10 + X^(-10) or {x^20 + 1}/x^10
given x is an integer greater than 1, this will never be an integer.
Hence Sufficient.
St2: X^(1/6) + X^(1/2)
if x = 64, the above becomes 2 + 8 = 10 (INTEGER)
if x = 2, the above becomes 2^1/6 + root2 (NOT an INTEGER)
Hence Insufficient

First we need to find how many trailing zeroes are in 24!
to find # of trailing zeros = 24 / 5 = 4
so 24! has 4 trailing zeros
4 trailing zeros mean 10^4 therefore n = 4

Lets assume total grade = 100
Max marks for Final grade is 40
Max marks for Other Grades total 60
Given: Moe has 45% marks out of 60 that is 45% of 60 = 27
To get the passing grade of 60% overall (i.e. 60 out of 100), he needs 60 - 27 = 33 more marks in the final grade.
so 33/40 * 100 = 82.5%

If we draw a perpendicular from Q on the diameter, say point T, then QT^2 = a * b Now we know QT = 2 so QT^2 = 4 St1: a = 4 Then we can find out ...
