I agree with what humblebee says.
Though if you really want to do more tests, you could try the Veritas Prep and the Knewton free practice tests, I felt they were pretty decent! Links to the right on the BTG page(Free GMAT Prep resources tab).

I'm not very sure of where your confusion lies. I did not deduce the value of angle E as per what you said. Instead what I did was draw a line through E parallel to AB and CD and using the alternate angle theorem, I got angle E = 30+30=60 degrees. Does this solution make things clearer for you? Let ...

zorya there is a difference between "just guess" and "take an educated guess" - the accuracy for the latter is higher. Totally agree with you on this one, Night reader. Also, just guessing takes a lot lesser time than taking an educated guess. Perhaps taking an educated guess wo...

Shoa, Two months are enough only if you plan properly and make the best use of the study time available to you. What exactly is you weakness in Math? Are you making frequent silly mistakes or do the questions seem tough to you? Based on that you will have to take a call on whether to practise more o...

As you mentioned, you're having trouble with long DS questions. I think the key to timing on the GMAT is to take educated guesses and move on and not get stuck on a single question for too long(say for more than 2 minutes). Practising more can help you increase your speed to an extent, but if it the...

Hi Purnima, I think going for the answer that 'sounds right' is the reason why you haven't shown much improvement on SC. Go through the Manhattan GMAT Sentence Correction guide, solve the SC questions in the OG by using the grammar rules you have learnt and after solving each question, take some tim...

I think you've got the wrong book, marlboro. I checked the Manhattan Review site and they have their own sentence correction guide. Which is NOT the same as the Manhattan GMAT Sentence Correction Guide( http://www.manhattangmat.com/storeitemshow.cfm?ItemID=226&catid=6 ). Just check if this is th...

I would say 'amounted to greater than' sounds better than 'amounted to larger than'. In the sense if we take the opposite of greater, 'amounted to lesser than' would sound better as compared to 'amounted to smaller than', right?
I hope you're getting my point!

The Manhattan Sentence Correction guide is really good and a must-have IMO. Will probably help you get your SC basics in place. And the OG of course. I haven't gone through Kaplan 2011, so can't comment on that. For CR, I referred to Manhattan's CR quide and did all the OG questions(twice!) and that...
