Recommendation letters- after/beofre application deadline
Hi Guys,
Quick question, was wondering if the reference letters (that most schools have online) need to be completed before the application deadline as well. Is it possible for me to go ahead and submit my application and my appointed refrees send in their bit a little later...

right!! fairly inebriated..but as promised.. got away with a 690! and i cant help hoping for slighly more.. ..but thats prably just me being greedy... do you think i have a chance with the 690..im applying to only EU schools...? 46 in math and 39 in verbal..if i remeber rt...will post a more detaile...
