Re: A tough CR- Principle

I felt this was a tough CR question; however, a simlar view may not be shared by others. Grateful, if you can share your thoughts and ideas on dissecting this type of problems! :) A gift is not generous unless it is intended to benefit the recipient and is worth more than what is expected or custom...

IMO the answer is B. The most logical explanation I can come up with is, when you are required to analyze a statistical assumption, then you should look for a statistical premise. The conclusion states that the GDP of country A rose from $5000-$6000 from 1980-1990. So, therefore the standard of liv...

I go with C.

Microbial life and bacteria are presented as example of existence of life without sunlight. E doesn't seem right, because it talks only about bacteria. So it can't be a conclusion. The statement in question provides better support to 'C' as conclusion.

Re: public transport

The city's public transportation system should be removed from the jurisdiction of the municipal government, which finds it politically impossible either to raise fares or to institute cost-saving reductions in service. If public transportation were handled by a private firm, profits would be vigor...

Re: Zydol capsule

4. One Zydol capsule contains twice the pain reliever found in regular aspirin. A consumer will have to take two aspirin in order to get the relief provided by one Zydol. And since a bottle of Zydol costs the same as a bottle of regular aspirin, consumers can be expected to switch to Zydol. Which o...
