Sure, we know that 20% of the men over 65 are still working. we can't have 4 men coz 20% of 4 men would be 4/5, not a complete person. You can't have 7 men for instance coz the working men would be 1 and 2/5 men. it can be 10, 15 20 and so on, has to be a multiple of 5. NOTE that you don't need the ...

m/13=q and 2 remainder
m/17=x and 2 remainder
so m-2 is a multiple of 13 and 17
m-2/13=q with no remainder but we don't need it anyway.
so q must be a multiple of 17
hence, A=0

In my experience so far (UCLA, Haas, LBS), they don't contact you unless it's good news as in an interview or an admit. They often will contact telling you general stuff, but those are "mail to all applicant" emails like "we're working hard to process applications blah blah." Wi...

in 1 we could also have a=8 and n=2 or a=4 and n=4.
so i guess we can't know what the value of A will be.
2 is sufficient
So B.

1) not a division or subtraction so it's sufficient.
we can swap positions with + and *
2) it can be multiplication or division so //insuff
if it's * it's ok but if it's division we are scr**d
Hence, A.

1) no info about employment.
2) if there are 5 man and 10 women (minimum possible)
2 working from 15 it's above 10% of the total.
So B is sufficient.

IMO C.
A - wordy and being?
B - superiority to something I guess not over something (superior to you not superior over you) and wrong use of past perfect?
C - Sounds OK. Correct?
D and E out of the question.

It's E. 1. We have only + and * so we can safely say it doesn't matter if we swap places or no. 2. Is obvious 3. As 1 we can safely say we can do this since with + and with * we can do this kinds of swapping. 1+2+3=2+3+1 1*2*3=2*3*1 If we had - or / somewhere on the other hand.. but we don't. 1st I ...

You have 30 for QPR but not any other information so you can't find the other two. edit: Oh, my bad for the first one, di...

We do get more info for both.
x>y and they are both the same sign
so
x-y=1/2
x and y can't both be negative so they are both positive.
and we can't have +x -y or -x +y anymore coz they must be the same sign.
Hence, C
