The conclusion "Nothing can definitely be proven with a photograph" is properly drawn if we assume that "The false part a photograph has is enough that it can;t form a definitive proof"

The hypotenuse of the Right triangle with sides 3 and 4 is 5.
Tha side of the right triangle with hypotenuse 13 and side 12 is 5.
This forms an isosceles triangle. One of the isosceles angle is 55.
So x = 180 -2(55) = 70
Hard to explain with out a diagram.

The height of the triangle = 4SQRT(3)
As this is a equilateral triangle
tan60 = 4sqrt(3)/(S/2)
==> S = 8
Perimeter = 24.
