did you try
right click on desktop -> go to properties ->settings
there should be a scroller for screen resolution.
make it 800 * 600 and press Apply then OK
Now try to run your CD.

What I think is, you were able to answer the easy questions and was not able to handle the 17 medium to difficult ones. hsumh316 is right you can take the exam only once a month. Give your exam only when you consistently get over your target score in the online CATS. I would suggest you to do MGMAT 6 online cat exams. Don’t be dissappointed.You can give GMAT again.
All the american university take only the highest score of all attempts.
Why don’t you write a debrief. It will be helpful if you can put all your learnings.
The couple you have mentioned is really useful.
