I don't think that in C brown rice is considered a gourmet delicacy, but green tea itself. There are two sentences conjunct-ed with "and", so for the second half of the sentence, green tea is the subject, as it is for the first half.

I hope I made myself clear!

So, is much quantifying agree here? Because I guess parent should be countable noun, and it should take many with it, not much!

Does the sentence mean something like: How much the parents agree......?

Please explain!
