congrats mate!! 710 is "inviting" score to many of the "BIG" schools. But as i was a victim ( got dumped) by few(really big ones) top schools, I guess u being a Indian u "probably/certainly" need a small increment in the score. Worst case u can retake the test once agai...

IMO A.
E looks close but alters the intended meaning.
Original sentence properly uses past perfect to show the sequence of events ( had believed....... &....... demonstrated)
