In more general terms, University of Florida and Univer...

It is partially why they are ranked so highly. However, I always maintain that everyone should create their own ranking ...

This is strange considering that the university has a great location, costs less than most top programs, has a small class size,...

Thanks for the advice, folks. My first job out of college and the job I have now are in a similar if not completely the same industry. The roles require similar skills, and both are large well-known firms. The offer I have received and am considering taking is in an altogether new industry, and is i...

I am not sure of the "traditional track" but I do know that several b-school grads take up careers in brand management. From what I have read they are typically FMCGs such as Johnson & Johnson, but I doubt it's limited to FMCGs. Maybe look for schools with a marketing specialization? Or schools with...

Experts, what would you say would the key values that an existing or budding entrepreneur would gain from and getting an MBA, considering that arguably most entrepreneurs would say that you don't NEED an MBA to be a successful entrepreneur?

Typically, b-schools look for candidates with at least a couple of years of experience. That is not to say that a lack of full-time work experience cannot get you to a good MBA program. There are rare cases of this happening and typically those candidates are "special" e.g. athletes and the like. Hi...

I assume this is for an alternative transcript? If so, you probably need a recognized (read: accredited) program.
