grt 2 > x

x could be 0 or neg ?

what is the remainder when 0/24 ?

i thought it would be 0/24= quiotent 0 dividend 24 remainder 24

if n=1 (not a multiple of 2 or 3 )

(n-1)(n+1)=0

0/24 = 0 R 24

you sure it is 12?? i think that 12 were going but only 8 showed up.

96/8= $12 each

96/12 = $8 each

96/16 = $ 6 each

96/24= $4 each

96/20 = not integer so out

the number line did not print correctly p= 1/3 and s =1/2 (they can actually be any numbers but the markers p,q, r and s not evenly spaced)

I did a problem where there is a fast way to calculate/ translate 9 or 99 or 999 in the denominator. If you know the rule/technique can you please pass along.

Statement 2 no

a= 1/2
a^2= 1/4
a/2= 1/4
a/5= 1/10
a^5 = 1/32

largest- smallest = a-a^5
