Most of the big ones (Veritas, MGMAT, Kaplan, etc) have online features and mobile apps. There are a lot of tools and services out there. Heck, this web forum has an awesome resource in the practice questions (with complete video answers) and a 60-day self prep program. Again, however, I go back to ...

Mike_gm, I think you should approach your decision in sequence. First, decide what score you want. Will 550 work for you or do you need a 750? Then take a practice exam from MBA.com and see how you do. The practice exam should be the metric for how much prep time you need. I think if you do very wel...

Valentta, How did you study? Often, it's not the QUANTITY of studying as much as the QUALITY of studying that makes the difference. Without fully understanding the process you used for all those hours and weeks, it's hard to assess what could have gone wrong. What resources did you use to study? Did...

Bens4vcobra, Doing well on the "hard" problems in practice won't help you if you mess up the "easier" problems on the GMAT. Take a look at the types of questions you are missing due to careless errors. I found that I frequently messed up fractions with exponents, for example, and...

Everything in your interview should be a calculated move, every statement made with a purpose. If you choose to criticize your management, you should have a reason behind it. Perhaps your incompetent bosses drove you to the MBA program so that you can fix things that they are messing up (as an examp...

Acatlaw55 - Assuming that you took a few practice CATS, I suggest you go back over all of your Quant questions and review what your main weaknesses were. Don't just look at the correct answers and say "Oh...I see," go back and look at each answer choice and explain WHY it is right or wrong...

Obsessed,

You could also look at American University (Kogod). Georgetown, GW, and AU all have evening programs that are equivalent to the full time programs. Good luck with your decision.

My 570 Surprise!!

Hello again folks. Earlier I posted a snapshot of my B-school journey in this thread - http://www.beatthegmat.com/average-gmat-score-but-b-school-bound-t81218.html - If anyone read that yarn, you remember that my GMAT (my THIRD score) was 570. I was quite pleased at the offer from AU, however, I hav...
