How bad is a speaking-23
Hi guys
I gave TOEFL on 9th July and scored a 108.My speaking score is 23.I heard few colleges have this sectional cutoff thing. So just wanted to know how bad is 23 on speaking section and how does it affect my apps?

The way you see it is right. i also heard that not many ppl take the test in small towns which obviously is a good thing.
less ppl taking the test = less noise

In this case 125 can be converted to closest power of 10 by multiplying it with 8.
